“My name is Ann-Marie Williams. I have had the privilege of being an early childhood educator for over 50 years. I am also a grandmother and great-grandmother. During that time, I have had the experience of working with amazing and gifted teachers.  

I met Tiffany while teaching at the Kids Connection Preschool in Foster City, California. She is definitely an outstanding and gifted educator. She was a favorite of the children, always taking the time to listen to what they had to say. She always had time to engage in the games they wanted to play. I was delighted to co-teach with Tiffany and observe not only the love, kindness, and tenderness she displayed, but also how genuine she is. 

Before I took any teaching position anywhere, I would always ask myself, “Would I send my children here?” I would send my children to Tiffany’s school without a doubt and consider it a privilege for her to teach and care for them.”

“Hello, my name is Virginia, and I have known Tiffany for about a year. We worked together at a preschool called Kids Connection School in Foster City.

Personally and professionally, Tiffany is a very humble, kind, and outgoing individual. She truly loves working with children and shows a deep understanding of each child’s unique needs. She is always willing to help and support children in ways that make them feel safe, understood, and valued.

Tiffany works very well with other teachers and communicates effectively with parents. Her communication style is trustworthy, clear, and comfortable. She listens carefully, provides clarification with helpful examples, and works toward positive and successful solutions. She also contributes thoughtful ideas, tips, and resources that benefit families, children, and fellow teachers.

In the classroom, Tiffany enjoys reading books to children, leading engaging circle time, and asking open-ended questions that encourage participation. She actively plays with the children, reminds them about safety, and sets rules that are both playful and appropriate. She is organized and responsible in sending reminders to parents regarding conferences, reports, or any important matters related to their child. She is also skilled at planning and setting up morning and afternoon activities and managing both small and large groups of children with enthusiasm and care.

Overall, Tiffany has a broad understanding of child development and actively participates in the community, especially in supporting children and their families. Because of her strong passion for early childhood education, Tiffany decided to pursue opening her own preschool so she could continue working with children in an environment she created with love, care, and dedication.

“I'm a high school therapist, so I'm very picky about the environments my kids are in. My girls attended this preschool from May 2020 to June 2023, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made.

They loved going every day, they felt cared for, encouraged, and excited to learn. When they moved on to kindergarten, they were noticeably ahead of their classmates and handled the transition with so much confidence.

They aged out right as the school was closing for a remodel, and I've been meaning to write this review ever since. Now that I see how well they're doing in elementary school, it's clear the foundation started here.
